I am a founder and builder.
For the last 18 years I built multidisciplinary team in a remote-first setup.
I have created Team Coaches to help innovation programs to support closely to startups and entrepreneurs.
Prior to this I worked at Nokia building teams, creating frameworks and fixing every project that was broken. I have built teams from few to hundred people involved in operation and software development.
For the last two years I have helped startup founders and COO to scale their companies. I am passionate to help and support CEO and COO in the way up.
